EPC Price Increases in 2025: What You Need to Know

EPC price changes across the industry began today 16th June 2025

We wanted to inform our customers about some recent updates to the EPC assessment process. The new standards under RdSAP 10 require us to take more detailed measurements and gather additional information about your property. 

For example, we now need to measure all windows, including their orientations. We also have to provide more details about roof rooms (RIR) and any ventilation systems that may be present in your property. These changes alongside several others will help ensure a more accurate assessment of your property's energy performance.

Because of these additional tasks and the extra time required to complete them thoroughly, our cost of an EPC assessment has increased from £49 to £69. This seems to be the current market rate having analysed many other credible EPC providers. The price increase was necessary to ensure we can continue providing you with the most accurate and reliable energy performance certificate.
