'The EPC Guy' is a local Bradford based energy assessment company that carries out domestic Energy Performance Certificates or EPC inspections as well as Gas Safety checks (CP12s) in Bradford and neighbouring cities. We are proud to be locally owned and not a nationwide panel of assessors - allowing us to keep our EPC prices low without compromising on quality. In addition, we have recently joined highly reputable bodies such as TrustMark and Checkatrade to further provide confidence to our customers of our commitments to outstanding workmanship.

All EPCs are carried out by qualified, Elmhurst and Quidos accredited Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) who hold Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and are DBS checked. We have set high standards to ensure that our clients have the peace of mind in the services that we offer.
